Once again, we are delighted to open our gardens in aid of Hospiscare as part of a charity afternoon at Fursdon on Wednesday 28th July.
This wonderful local charity has been supporting people with life-limiting illnesses for almost 40 years, providing support at home, a specialist palliative day ward, day hospices and end-of-life care to terminally ill patients in the Exeter, Mid and East Devon areas.
Supporting over 2,000 people each year, in some of the hardest times possible, Hospiscare needs to raise around £8 million a year to continue to provide care, and relies on the generous support of local people and communities.
With all garden ticket proceeds going to Hospiscare on the day, this is a fabulous way for visitors to lend their support to this charity while enjoying the peaceful hillside gardens at Fursdon.
Please note that Season Tickets are not accept season tickets on charity open days.
Our Coach Hall tea-room will be open as usual selling homemade teas. Additionally, the house will be open for tours (our first house opening since 2019).
We look forward to welcoming you!
