Important Booking details.

Weekly bookings are taken from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.

Short breaks can be from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights) for the same price.

Please use the online booking and payment system shown left, which will guide you through the process.

Bookings are provisional and are held for 48 hours. They are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

And remember, dogs are very welcome at Fursdon Cottage, so no need to leave your furry-pawed friend at home!

We can also offer Fursdon Cottage at a 'Just for Two' special price. Please enquire on 01392 860860 or by e-mailing admin@fursdon.co.uk.  However, please note that we cannot offer this concession to visitors to Fursdon Cottage travelling with a dog.

Covid 19 update:

We opened the cottage from Monday 12th April 2021 for single household bookings.  It is anticipated that from 17 May, we will be able to accept two household bookings or groups adhering to the rule of six.

Given that this is only an anticipated timetable, please rest assured that if it is not possible for you to take your booked holiday due to legal restrictions, you will be able to either transfer the holiday to new dates or cancel the booking and receive a refund of the amount already paid.

The refund guarantee covers national and local lockdowns and legal restrictions relating to households and bubbles, but does not cover you (or members of your party) if you are unable to travel because you (or a member of your party) fall ill with Covid, or are required to quarantine or self-isolate. These events can be covered by you taking out travel insurance. There are a number of policies that include cover for illness with Covid and self-isolation and a lot of bank annual travel policies also cover this. Alternatively, comparison sites such as GoCompare are available to assist in finding suitable cover.

We also appreciate that some guests may wish to change the dates they have booked due to Government guidance, as opposed to legal restrictions. If this is the case, because the property is legally available and because the guests are not legally restricted from travelling, then our normal terms and conditions apply. We will, of course, do everything we can to help, but guests should note that in the case of requesting a change or cancellation due to government guidance rather than legal restrictions, a full refund may not be possible.

Government regulations on COVID-19 change frequently. Therefore, before travelling, guests must ensure that they have checked and understood the relevant regulations applicable to their own circumstances.
